Refund policy

This is a plain-language summary of section 6 of the FC2Odds Terms of Service (version 2026-10-01). If this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms apply.

The rule

An FC2Odds Pro subscription period (30 days: ₦20,000 through Korapay, or US$15.00 in crypto through NOWPayments) is not refundable once it has started, except in these cases:

• Duplicate payments: you were charged twice for the same period.
• Failed payments: money was taken but the payment failed.
• Payments that never activated: you paid, but your subscription was not activated.
• Outages we credit: if the service is unavailable for a significant time outside Football.com's daily rebuild window, we may extend your subscription by the lost time. These credits are extra time, not cash.

If we end the service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the unused days of any paid period.

How to ask

• Email support@probodds.com with your Telegram ID (shown under Support in @FC2OddsBot).
• Refunds go back through the provider you paid with: Korapay for naira payments, NOWPayments for crypto.
• Crypto refunds are subject to NOWPayments' own process and network fees.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed, including by a chargeback, the days it paid for are removed.

Before you pay

Subscriptions never renew automatically, so you are never charged without choosing to pay. Access starts only once the payment provider confirms your payment.
